A welding operator training program for women, organized in Çorum under the leadership of Hitit University, has been successfully completed. Within the scope of the program, 15 female participants received a total of 80 hours of practical training, gaining competence in the field of welding.
During the training, participants received comprehensive information on basic welding techniques, occupational safety, equipment use, and practical workshop activities. The program was conducted to support women's active role in industry and to strengthen equal opportunities in employment.
As a result of the training, conducted with the academic support of Hitit University, women have been equipped with professional skills that will enable them to contribute to Çorum's industry.
The power of metal has been touched by women's hands; women are beginning to take their rightful place in industry with the expertise of Hitit University.
